Creating worldly flavours with local produce, Grounded Kitchen expands the local culinary culture while keeping all ingredients as local and sustainable as possible. It serves as a model for a community-driven catering service, neighbourhood cafeteria and shared kitchen based on a sustainable food chain and a social business approach.

We offer meaningful work in a respectful, fair and empowering environment, ensuring fair pay and shared decision-making on the work floor. Within Grounded, decentralised governance is practised to ensure transparency in administration and finances, as well as open communication between all our partners, including our customers.
