Womb Art Sharing Circle with Tara

Tara Bary is an interdisciplinary artist and yoga teacher who loves to paint with her menstruation blood. Since 2014 she has created a variety of art projects including drawing, painting, installation, dance, theatre, body art, performance, photography and film. Years of travel through Latin America and Spain inspired her yoga and art practice. Tara’s menstruation art project was born in 2022 during her masters Interdisciplinary Art Production in Málaga. These Womb Rituals are a way to liberate life force and pay homage to the origin of life. Embodying the power of vulnerability, Tara shares her art to advocate creative expression and open the space for authentic relating. Coloured by her studies at Durgas Tiger School for yoga, tantra, shamanism and art, Tara loves to facilitate circles and workshops at Tara’s Temple in Utrecht. At International Women’s Day Grounded Festival she will share some of her womb art and host a cosy circle.
